We implemented an automatic retry for Sponsored Products campaigns with unavailable/ineligible products.

When creating campaigns, an error occurs if the advertised product is not suitable for advertising according to Amazon's guidelines. This happens for example, if a product is not available. The Amazon API refuses to create the product ad, the campaign is incomplete and cannot go live.
Since availability can change quickly, we have implemented an automatic retry for these Sponsored Product campaigns so that the product ad is created as soon as the product is eligible again.
Incomplete campaigns are listed in the issue report with error message “Product ad could not be created due to ineligibility of advertised product. Ad creation will automatically retry.” You do not need to pay any attention to this problem, Ad Optimizer will automatically try to create the missing product ad in the following 90 days. In the Campaigns table, the campaign will appear with the status "Error", the tooltip will provide more information. Once the retry is successful, the campaign will change to "Live" status.
